Cancellation Policy
At Legacy Med Spa, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and care to all our patients. In order to ensure that we can accommodate everyone and maintain the efficiency of our practice, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy below: 1. Appointment Scheduling: All appointments require a valid credit card to reserve your spot. Patients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments. Proof of age may be required at the time of the appointment. We do not offer treatments to individuals who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. Please inform our staff if you are or may be pregnant prior to scheduling. 2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. However, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): A $99 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a $99 no-show fee will be charged. 3. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, the $99 late cancellation fee may apply. 4. Health and Safety: For your safety and the safety of others, please inform us of any medical conditions (including pregnancy, recent surgeries, or allergies) prior to your appointment. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions. If you have cold sores or any other visible skin conditions on the treatment area, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid complications. 5. Consultations: A consultation is required prior to certain treatments to ensure that the procedure is safe and appropriate for your needs. Any changes to your health status between consultation and treatment must be reported. 6. Payment: Payments for services will be collected at the time of treatment.
