  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 5422 Cumming Highway NE, Sugar Hill, GA. Immediately upon entering the brick building, we are the first office on the right.
  • Is a consultation required before my first appointment?
    All new patients will need to schedule a consultation appointment before booking their 1st treatment appointment. This is so we can create a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses your areas of concern. Consultations are complimentary. Additional treatments may require an additional consultation.
  • Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?
    To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will be collected. This deposit will be applied to your treatment cost at the time of checkout. This is required for all treatment bookings.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Appointment times are valuable! You can call the office to cancel during our business hours, or email Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee. If you have a deposit on file, this will be used to cover this fee.
  • What if I'm late for my appointment?
    Please call our office staff immediately. Any patient that is running more than 10 minutes late will have to reschedule their appointment and a $100 late cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Do you treat minors?
    All patients must be 18 years or older for any spa treatment, with the exception of our facial treatments. Signed consent from a parent/guardian is required.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks.
  • Do you have financing options?
    We have financing options available through Cherry.
  • Do you accept insurance or HSA cards?
    We do not accept insurance. You can use your HSA account for services covered under your plan.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All deposits and balance payments are non-refundable but can be used toward future appointments less any fees incurred.
